This completed project prompted an interior remodel of a condo overlooking Linda Lane beach in San Clemente. The reimagined floor plan created a more efficient and contemporary layout for the master bedroom and kitchen, as well as added a bedroom within an existing office space. The design navigated the locations of existing structural and plumbing elements to achieve the owner’s vision within the existing footprint of the condo and surrounding context.
